Date of Completion: Nov. 2024 |
Partners: Cushman & Wakefield, Lund Co. |
Madonna Ability Alliance (formerly Madonna School & Community-Based Services) has relocated to the vibrant Aksarben Village area, marking an exciting new chapter for the organization. The move supports its mission to expand services and community integration initiatives for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. This relocation aligns with the organization’s rebranding and represents a significant investment in facilities designed to foster independence, creativity, and personal growth.
The new headquarters, designed by BCDM with project management by Cushman & Wakefield | Lund Co., features modern classrooms, community spaces, kitchens, vocational training areas, and family support environments. Every aspect of the building is tailored to empower older students and adults with disabilities. In November 2024, we provided furniture throughout the space, including the central community area, classrooms, and offices, in preparation for their December relocation, helping bring this dynamic, inclusive environment to life.
Inspired? Same.
Let’s turn that spark into a space that works as good as it looks.
