Sheppard’s Business Interiors partnered with Holland Basham Architects to help bring Maverick Landing to life, a welcoming hub designed to serve both campus visitors and the growing student community. The university envisioned a space that would function as a central point of connection, offering flexible environments for studying, meeting, and gathering. SBI supported this vision by selecting furniture that enhances collaboration and provides students with comfortable, functional areas for both group projects and independent work.
Across Maverick Landing, SBI furnished a variety of social seating zones, study nooks, and adaptable lounge areas that support a range of student needs throughout the day. The space also features The Campus Grind, a coffee bar and grab‑and‑go counter that contributes to the building’s vibrant atmosphere and encourages students to linger, recharge, and connect. The result is a dynamic, student‑focused environment that enriches campus life and creates a memorable first impression for visitors.
