Sheppard's Business Interiors partnered with MCL and RDG Planning & Design to develop a forward‑looking headquarters campus designed to support long‑term growth and innovation. The initial phase features a 32,000‑square‑foot office building, with a future 20,000‑square‑foot shop expansion planned to include loading docks and a drive‑thru loading area. The office environment integrates virtual and augmented reality spaces, collaborative design labs, and immersive preconstruction and building experience zones. Flexible instructional areas were also created to accommodate groups of varying sizes, reinforcing MCL’s commitment to cultivating an engaged, highly skilled workforce.
