Project Advocates partnered with Sheppard’s Business Interiors and JH Interior Design Studio to create a modern, efficient workplace that could support their growing team and evolving operational needs. After outgrowing their previous space, the firm sought a solution that would allow them to integrate their existing workstations into a new environment while elevating flexibility, collaboration, and user choice. SBI collaborated closely with the design team to understand workflow patterns and space requirements, helping shape a vision that balanced openness with moments of focus and comfort.
To bring this vision to life, SBI developed a furniture plan that blended seamlessly with Project Advocates’ existing benching system while enhancing overall functionality. The space features two large Media:Scape tables to support collaborative work sessions, dedicated huddle spaces for focused, heads-down tasks, and a working café with varied seating heights that promotes movement and comfort throughout the day. Additional lateral file storage was incorporated to help employees stay organized and maximize efficiency. The result is a polished, high‑performing workspace that offers choice, encourages teamwork, and reflects Project Advocates’ forward‑thinking culture.
