Scoular aimed to create a modern, flexible office that supports growth while fostering an energizing and collaborative workplace. Sheppard’s Business Interiors guided the design with best practices for collaboration, employee wellness, safety, flexibility, and inclusion. Open office areas feature ergonomic workstations that give employees control over how they work throughout the day, while stylish and comfortable furniture enhances meeting rooms and the signature boardroom to encourage effective collaboration during key discussions.
Ancillary spaces were thoughtfully integrated throughout the building to support touchdown meetings, focused work, and moments of respite. “The Exchange” break room, outfitted with comfortable and mobile furniture, opens onto an outdoor patio with a fireplace, providing additional options for socializing, relaxation, and collaborative work. The result is a versatile, high-performance environment that balances productivity, well-being, and connection across the organization.
