Sheppard’s Business Interiors partnered with Trivium, along with Noddle Companies and TS Maas Construction, to bring their new headquarters at River’s Edge Parkway in Council Bluffs to life. As Trivium reimagined their workspace to support their expanding behavioral health and long‑term support services, SBI collaborated closely with their teams to understand how employees work, interact, and collaborate. This insight allowed us to develop a workplace strategy that enhances productivity, supports diverse work styles, and prepares the organization for continued growth.
The completed space features thoughtfully arranged adjustable‑height workstations, a welcoming work café for connection and rejuvenation, and a variety of huddle and meeting rooms designed for collaboration, brainstorming, and group communication. A large conference room supports organization‑wide gatherings, while a flexible Learning Center provides a versatile environment for training, workshops, and both formal and informal events. The result is a highly functional, future‑ready headquarters that strengthens Trivium’s mission and energizes the teams who bring it to life.
